9. John Glenn (95)


John Glenn’s claim to fame is being the first astronaut to orbit the earth.  He also fought in WWII and the Korean war as a fighter pilot.  Later in his life, he became Senator of Ohio.  The exact cause of his death is still a mystery.

10. Agnes Nixon (93)


Back when soap operas were popular (before reality TV), Nixon was the brains behind the operation.  She created both One Life to Live and All My Children.   Parkinson’s disease eventually took her life at age 93.
